Returns & Refunds Policy

Original Artwork (Paintings): All sales of original artwork are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

Prints: Refunds or exchanges may be offered within 14-30 days of delivery if the print is defective or damaged. The buyer must provide proof of damage (e.g., photos).
Damaged or Lost Items

If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must report it within 48-72 hours with photos of the damage.

A replacement (if available) or refund may be issued at the artist's discretion.

If an order is lost in transit, the artist will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Custom or Commissioned Work

Custom artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged.

A non-refundable deposit (eg 30-50%) may be required before starting the commission.
Cancellations

Orders for prints may be canceled within 24 hours before they are shipped.

Cancellations for original artwork are typically not allowed once payment has been processed.
Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
