Returns & Refunds Policy
 

  • Original Artwork (Paintings): All sales of original artwork are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

  • Prints: Refunds or exchanges may be offered within 14-30 days of delivery if the print is defective or damaged. The buyer must provide proof of damage (e.g., photos).
     

Damaged or Lost Items
 

  • If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must report it within 48-72 hours with photos of the damage.

  • A replacement (if available) or refund may be issued at the artist's discretion.

  • If an order is lost in transit, the artist will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
     

Custom or Commissioned Work
 

  • Custom artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged.

  • A non-refundable deposit (eg 30-50%) may be required before starting the commission.
     

Cancellations
 

  • Orders for prints may be canceled within 24 hours before they are shipped.

  • Cancellations for original artwork are typically not allowed once payment has been processed.
     

Shipping Costs
 

  • If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
